J. Paul Krawczyk, Jr. successfully defended a client in a D.U.I. trial in the District Court of Maryland. The client had been stopped, performed field sobriety tests, and was arrested. Subsequent to being arrested, the client provided a breath sample to police at the station. Paul identified an issue with the stop by the police, and conducted research on the issue. All plea offers by the State were rejected, and the case proceeded to trial. Through arguing the legality of the stop and providing legal support, the client was found not guilty.
