Appeals
I have prepared briefs and argued cases before the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, Court of Appeals of Maryland, and Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Identifying appeal issues is the first task. Once the appeal issues are identified, research is conducted and a brief is prepared. Preparing for oral argument includes anticipating, and preparing for, questions from the court.
